Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdAssist, a product operated by Zeepo(“Zeepo,” “we,” “us”). By using AdAssist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

AdAssist is a software platform that helps insurance agencies and agents plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns and the leads those campaigns generate, and route those leads to the customer’s own CRM. AdAssist acts on the Meta ad accounts, Pages, and lead forms that you authorize.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable laws and with the Meta Platform Terms, Advertising Standards, and lead-ads policies.
• Obtain all consents required to contact the people who submit your lead forms, including any consent required under applicable telemarketing and messaging laws (for example, the TCPA in the United States).
• Hold and maintain all licenses and authorizations required for the products or services you advertise (including any insurance licensing).
• Not use AdAssist for unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or prohibited content, or in any way that violates Meta’s policies.

Customer content and data

As between you and Zeepo, you retain ownership of the content you provide and the leads your campaigns collect. You grant Zeepo a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content and data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

AdAssist integrates with third-party services, including Meta and GoHighLevel. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, actions, or decisions (including ad account reviews, disapprovals, or restrictions imposed by Meta).

No guarantee of results

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any particular advertising outcome, lead volume, lead quality, cost, or that campaigns or ad accounts will be approved by Meta.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeepo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of AdAssist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zeepo harmless from claims and liabilities arising from your content, your campaigns, your contact with leads, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using AdAssist at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or comply with law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
