AdAssist is a product operated by Zeepo L.L.C, 7548 Preston Rd Ste 141 PMB 1013, Frisco, TX 75034 (“Zeepo,” “we,” “us”). AdAssist helps insurance agencies and their agents plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns and the leads those campaigns generate. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers two groups: (1) agencies and agents who use AdAssist, and (2) consumers who submit a Facebook/Instagram lead form served through AdAssist on an agency’s behalf.
Information we collect
- Agency & account information. Name, email address, business name, and settings you provide to set up and run your AdAssist account.
- Facebook/Meta assets you connect. With your permission (via Facebook Login for Business), we access the Meta ad accounts, Pages, and lead forms you authorize, in order to create and manage campaigns and retrieve leads. The permissions we may request include ads_management, ads_read, pages_show_list, pages_manage_ads, leads_retrieval, and business_management. We store the access tokens needed to perform these actions on your behalf.
- Consumer lead data. When a person submits a lead form created through AdAssist, we receive the information they chose to provide — which may include name, email address, phone number, state, and answers to qualifying questions (for example, age range or coverage interest).
- Usage & performance data.Campaign spend, impressions, results, and similar metrics returned by Meta’s APIs, used to report performance and provide recommendations.
How we use information
- Create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns and lead forms on the accounts you authorize.
- Retrieve leads generated by those campaigns and deliver them to your own customer relationship manager (CRM), such as GoHighLevel.
- Provide reporting, performance insights, and product features.
- Operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
- With the agency running the campaign.Consumer lead data belongs to the agency whose campaign collected it. For that data, the agency is the controller and AdAssist acts as its processor, delivering leads to the agency’s CRM.
- With service providers (subprocessors). We use trusted providers solely to operate AdAssist. They may process data only on our instructions:
- Meta (advertising platform): campaign delivery and lead-form hosting.
- GoHighLevel (CRM): lead delivery to the agency’s CRM.
- Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database): application hosting and data storage.
- Anthropic (AI model provider): ad copy, campaign analysis, and recommendation generation. Prompt inputs may include campaign performance data; consumer lead PII is not sent to model providers.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.
- We do not sell personal information.
Use of Meta Platform data
Our access to and use of information obtained through the Meta APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including any applicable limited-use requirements. We use Meta data only to provide and improve the features described in this policy and do not use it for unrelated purposes. Meta Platform Data is never sold. We share it only with the service providers listed above, as needed to operate the service, and we delete it upon request or when it is no longer needed.
Data storage
All data is stored and processed in the United States (Vercel and Neon US regions).
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account closure or deletion request, we delete personal data within 30 days, except records retained for legal, tax, or compliance purposes. See our Data Deletion instructions.
Your choices and rights
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information — see Data Deletion.
- You can revoke AdAssist’s access to your Meta assets at any time in your Facebook settings under “Apps and Websites” or in Business Settings.
- If you are a consumer who submitted a lead, you may also contact the agency that collected your information to exercise your rights.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
AdAssist is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
